Hour Teeth publishes poetry, essays, and words without time or taste.

In 2007, the imprint “by the skin of me teeth” published bad shit,
a chapbook by ryan fitzpatrick. The next handful of years saw a dozen or so sporadic publications, from chapbooks and ephemera to artist books and the perfect-bound Animalway Armfay by Mahala Woodord. At some point, the identity of the press evolved to “our teeth” and its offerings expanded to include digital work, archived here.

This latest mutation marks a new phase for the press, one that brings together founding editor, kevin mcpherson eckhoff, and his best-friend forever, Jake Kennedy, in service of publishing works of feraliterature.
